Why I’m Different

My work with clients is highly collaborative with strong spiritual components.

My work combines evidence-based psychology and mindfulness practices to help clients to define their values, create purpose in their lives, and take aligned action to live a fulfilled, meaningful, and present life.

Much of my work with clients involves challenging conventional perspectives and ways of thinking through empathic questioning to help them uncover who they are, express that truth, and develop the courage to live that life authentically.

If you are spiritually-minded or spiritually-curious, and want to partner with a guide in helping you to live a more aligned, authentic, and present life, working together could be a good fit :).
